He is currently an Executive Consultant, having previously held senior leadership roles including Managing Director of the Intermediary Channel at Barclays, as well as interim Head of Direct Mortgages. David has also served as Distribution Director at Northview Group, where he helped build and launch New Street Mortgages, and has held a number of influential board and industry positions, including Chairman of IMLA and Mortgage Brain. He now advises a range of specialist lenders and distributors across the market.

Matt is the founder and director of Survey Booker, dedicated to revolutionising the surveying industry. With over 15 years of operations experience, he helps surveyors become more efficient and effective through technology. Stacie is a senior sales and partnerships professional with several years of specialist experience working directly within the conveyancing sector. Currently Sales Director at Altium Legal, and formerly Head of Partnerships and Growth at a conveyancing firm, Stacie has built deep, trusted relationships with conveyancing firms across the UK — giving her an inside understanding of how the industry operates, what firms prioritise, and how consumers can navigate the process with confidence. Her background includes hands-on account management with conveyancing firms, estate agents, and mortgage brokers through her time at LEAP Legal Software and Perfect Portal, where she supported firms with technology, onboarding, and client experience improvements. Stacie's content is informed by years of direct engagement with legal professionals at the coal face of property transactions, making her a reliable and knowledgeable voice on all things conveyancing.

Rob Sinclair is the co-founder of i-mve, an all-in-one removals and storage software built for UK removal companies. Alongside co-founder Warren, who brings extensive hands-on experience in the removals industry, they’ve developed products including Removals Pro, Storage Pro, Marketing Pro, and AI-mve all designed to help companies automate quoting, manage jobs and storage, generate more leads, and handle customer enquiries with ease.
