Matt is the founder and director of Survey Booker, dedicated to modernising the surveying industry. With over 15 years of operations experience, he helps surveying businesses become more efficient through technology. Matt sits on the RICS Home Survey Standard working group, providing insight from both a surveyor and customer perspective, and is recognised as a pioneer driving innovation across the sector.

Kate is an award-winning mortgage adviser and Business Principal at Mortgage Advice Bureau Crawley, also leading Homes Partnership Estate Agents and CC Mortgage Solutions. Named Adviser of the Year and Mortgage Broker of the Year (both 2025), she founded Women in Mortgages UK in 2023 — a growing community dedicated to empowering women across the mortgage and property industry.

Rob is the co-founder of i-mve, an all-in-one removals and storage software platform built for UK removal companies. Alongside co-founder Warren, he has developed tools covering quoting, job management, lead generation, and customer enquiries. Rob also co-hosts the Business on the Move podcast, sharing insights and strategies to help removal companies grow, stay organised, and stay ahead.

David is a highly respected figure in the UK mortgage industry with over 35 years' experience across retail lending and intermediary markets. Previously Managing Director of the Intermediary Channel at Barclays and interim Head of Direct Mortgages, he has also served as Chairman of IMLA and Mortgage Brain. He now advises a range of specialist lenders and distributors across the market.
